Can I still use my home personally if it’s enrolled in the program?

Yes. Our model accommodates owner use. We’ll work with you to block out your desired dates so your personal stays are respected while optimizing guest bookings during other times.

What happens if there is damage, maintenance issues or guest complaints?

We maintain a local team and trusted vendor network to handle routine and emergency maintenance quickly. Guest satisfaction is paramount to us. We also have clear protocols for guest damage and asset protection.
